Life Member Nomination

At the February meeting a nomination was received for Adrian Perry, our long-term handicapper, to become a life member.

A special meeting, in accordance with the constitution, will be held on April 9^th at 7:30pm to vote on the nomination. The General Meeting will follow the Special Meeting.

Adrian has been a member since 2010. During his membership he has been a regular participant in racing events either crewing or skippering his own vessels and at times even as starter. He is active on the Race Committee creating calendars, sailing instructions, notices of race, aquatic event licenses, and racecourses.He has served two terms as commodore; a term as vice-commodore; a term as secretary; and twelve years as handicapper (our longest serving member in this role.)

All members are invited to attend the meeting. Ten financial members are required to vote on the nomination.
